Truck From Hell Got A Bad Case Of Gremlins

So I've got some wiring issues. Occasionally when I get on it, hit a big bump or rattle something Ill through a code. Either P2229, P0102, P0103 or P0106. I'm under the impression that these share some of the same sensor or communication wires. What's the best way to go about checking the harness for rub through. I've got the shop manual, however, I think it's in a foreign language...??? I ain't no electrician.
Basically how and where do I go about checking for continuity? If I know where to test at, I can shake the harness to see if I can cause the issues

THanks for reading my novel

Have you tried checking your battery terminals? Our ECM is very sensitive to input voltage fluctuations and will make it throw all sorts of seemingly random codes. Id make sure the terminals are clean and tight, the batteries are good via individual load tests, and the cables (particularly the crossover) arent internally corroded beyond tolerable resistance with a multimeter.

If the truck is otherwise running fine, Id start there before trying to chase possibly complicated and expensive terminal or sensor issues.

Hope this helps.
