Have you tried checking your battery terminals? Our ECM is very sensitive to input voltage fluctuations and will make it throw all sorts of seemingly random codes. Iíd make sure the terminals are clean and tight, the batteries are good via individual load tests, and the cables (particularly the crossover) arenít internally corroded beyond tolerable resistance with a multimeter.
If the truck is otherwise running fine, Iíd start there before trying to chase possibly complicated and expensive terminal or sensor issues.
