Vibration at idle

Hey there, I have an ‘08 cclb 6.7 with the 68rfe. At an idle there is a slight vibration, enough to bother me and passengers inside. And when out in reverse the rpms drop (which I’ve been told is normal), but the vibration amplifies. Adjusted the valves, no change, ran a cylinder balance test.

Should I be shopping new injectors or is there anyone else with similar issues?
