07.5 pushing coolant out overflow

Friend just bought a 07.5 6.7 cummins it has deletes and no EGR. It is pushing coolant out the overflow. I think its either head gasket or has a crack into the cooling jacket of the head on the intake side as there is no soot in coolant and no coolant in oil. Anyone have any other ideas.

What test was used to check for soot contamination in the coolant?
No oil in the coolant will tell you nothing on the HG.

Deleted with what and what settings?
