G56 problem, Help!

Have a 2008 2500 6.7 4x4 with a G56 now making crazy bearing noise, but only in second, fourth, and sixth gear (reverse is load too) Just Bought a rebuilt trans because 6th sounded bad In the old one and now the transmission I have is worse. I’m working with the guy that built the tranny to get things worked out but in the meantime,I am trying to figure out why it is so noisy in certain gears! I do have a solid fly wheel and single disk but always have and it never sounded like this. In first gear, third gear, and fifth gear she is smooth and quiet as normal. . It does not sound like a gear noise or grind it is just a loud bearing sound that almost sounds like a bearing would with no oil on it in those gears? (Yes it’s full of oil) Any thoughts?
