Weird tick/knock

I have a 2007.5 6.7 with a g56 around 175k miles. I blew the hg got it fixed and around 250 miles later I got this weird tick that sounded like it was coming from the trans. Pulled it and the bushings between the south Bend dual disk were sitting in the bell housing. Replaced the whole clutch and the noise is still happening. Put the stethoscope on it and it sounds like itís motor related. Drained the oil and itís pretty metallic. Truck is also tuned and deleted.

I tried to post a video but I donít have enough post but I can PM it . Really stumped on this. The truck idled for 10 minutes yesterday and the noise went away. Drove it about 4 miles and it came back slightly.

Oil Analysis, start there if from engine.

check the the fuel injection lines that run from the common rail to each injector...if the clamps loosen up then the line ticks/knocks against the clamp with every injection pulse...it kinda sounds like a sticking valve. While the clamp were upgraded on the newer trucks, they can still loosen over time.

Did you find out what the problem was? Having same issue but only at running temp and at idle.
