Finally, here is the finished product. Hopefully I will have some time this weekend to see how well it runs. The beauty of the M35A2 fuel pump is that it has an internal bypass. This means that I can temporarily use an in-tank pump to prime the fuel system if there is any air in the line. Once the line is primed, the pump can be turned off and the motor should run with only the mechanical pump.

That is very cool! How much fuel can that pump supply?

I'm not sure how much in volume. I know on the M35A2, the pump can easily pressurize the fuel to 60-70 psi at around 2500 RPM. It is a big gamble to see if it works on my Cummins engine. I suspect that it is more than enough fuel. The excess will just go through the relief valve and back to the tank.

Very interesting! Not to be ignorant, but why couldn't you just drop an 8.3L (6CT) Cummins in it?

Definitely a neat build though!
