Pros: Total 4" exhaust system with Banks brake installed. Nice tone over 2000 RPM. Easy install.
Cons:

Hardest part about installing it was getting the factory exhaust off. Once I finally just decieded to take an angle grinder to the old exhaust the removal and install took about 90 minutes. With the Banks brake kit, this replaced all the exhaust (no more Cat.) with 4" stainless pipe. Below 2000 RPM I don't notice any change in sound inside the cab, but over 2000 RPM it now has a nice tone to let you know your getting serious now. No drone or increase in sound when cruising down the interstate pulling the trailer. I've noticed a 2 MPG increase in milieage solo, and 1 MPG increase when towing, but some of that is probably due to the fact that I also just started adding 2 stroke oil to my fuel (1999 Cummins)(thanks mopar1973man).
