Pros: Inexpensive, easy to install & does job advertised
Cons: hard to decide where to put control module

Easy install even for a novice. Installer should be comfortable with 1)finding fuse box 2) find fuse that controls ignition 3) installer should have a "volt" meter or "Ohm" meter to be able to check which side of ignition fuse is "hot". Although I think you could get by with out it with a little trial & error.
Works really well, Power door locks work although alarm does not. Steering wheel locks if turned.
Bit of a pain finding a good spot for the small control box.

Pros: Simple to install and simple to operate.
Cons: None.

I bought mine used and installed the box remotely under the dash and mounted the buttons thru the panel that is part of the headlight switch.

Howard (or someone) should start making and selling these again.
