Which license plate should I get?

I just bought an 08 ram but I'm not sure which plate to get. I will be towing but I don't have the trailer yeat and therefore don't have the GTW. I'm not going to be pulling anything that has a goose neck or that needs a fifth wheel so I doubt that the GCWR will be 21000lbs that is the max for the truck.
the different plate limits are 10000, 12000, 16000, and 20000. I'll probably be using a class IV receiver hitch.

Get the cheapest one and dont get pulled over by DOT and you will be just fine. Personally I have my truck rated at 15900lbs just to be safe - but in FL its not much more. $100\year. DOT fines SUCK so I would try to avoid those at all costs.
