why the double 205's? i have put together some 205/203 kits before. if your crawling i think you will have enough torque with the cummins that you ...... scratch that, you said getrag. a cummins and auto combo would make a great crawler. the 5.9 is a bit heavy for crawling. that long of a truck your running 40's at least so is a 5 ton front axle in your future also ?

Well maybe he still wants to have highway gears so he can cruise around but have lower gears to wheel with. I don't know???

Ok the deal behind the doubles. The 205 on the getrag is a passenger side drop whereas the fords a driverside. So ill be running a divorced for 205 behind the dodge for that reason. Also im goin to run a 15 ton Braden PTO winch off the dodge front output.
cool, i wasn't thinking about the clocking for the drop. sounds like it will be a beast.
on another note, i see a lot of people putting cummins in 1/2 tons and wonder how the hell the frame holds up to the torque without breaking. the cummins came in 1 ton frames and axles for this reason. gas 3/4 ton trucks had dana 44 front, 60 rear and lighter frames.
