emmisions
is there any way a truck like this will pass emmissions i'm looking at buying it but i have to DEQ it to transfer the title has any one passed with somthing like this. 95 dodge 2500 4x4 Has BD Diesel Super B turbo, stage 2 injectors, 191 Delivery valves, 100 fuel plate, 60 lb valve springs, marine headgasket, BHAF, straight piped with 6" miter cut stacks. all help appreciated
