Anyone own a 98.5-02 CTD and looking to make a quick $25?

I'm going crazy with this constant dinging, lights flashing and gauges dropping in and out all the time on my instrument cluster and I've already replaced one of the wiring connectors with an updated one per a Chrysler TSB and replaced the cluster with one I got from a junkyard and I'm still having the same problems with it. If I could find someone with a truck just like mine with none of these problems I would gladly pay him/her to let me try their cluster in my truck and see if it still does it. That way I know if it's the cluster or some other problem without having to shell out a few hundred dollars on a non-returnable item. Any and all help, suggestions, remarks, etc. are greatly appreciated.
Currently, I'm in Southern Maryland but would be willing to travel to Northern Virginia or maybe even a little further.
Thanks,

-Andy
