if you get a new pump and are willing to drive to waynesboro ill help you install it. im a diesel mechanic and work for a trucking company there. i just put a new vp44 on mine this past month. took 3 hours.. let me know!!

I am still limping my truck I know its just a matter of time before a wrecker co.gets a call.I am still trying to save some extra OT $$ to get a pump.I appreciate the offer!! Who did you get your pump from? some of the local none diesel guys around here say I am in for it when it comes time to put the new one on.Thanks again!!

Yeah man! offer is still good. I limped mine around for months! I spent 3 hours on the phone calling everywhere to get prices and such. Everybody around here wanted $1800+ just for the pump!! thats not including the $700 dollar core charge that Cummins in Roanoke wanted!! Finally the last place I called was Valley Injection in Roanoke. They wanted $1295 for the pump and a $400 dollar core. They do a 1 year warranty as well. That was the cheapest place I could find. I had my company buy it and I paid them back. No sales tax!! But if you ever do get a pump give me a shout and we can put it in there. Its not hard at all.
