i need a good/cheap mechanic

I have a 1991.5 cummins n i need the 3200 rpm spring installed and i bought a glowshift 3in1 gauge for it and need that installed but dont know what shop or who'd be the best for doing this any suggestions?
91.5 i/c pump moderately tuned, P.O.D's, diamond eye 4" turbo back exhaust, 3200 spring, G.D.S 60mm. compressor wheel upgrade, 16cm turbo housing, glowshift 3 in 1 gauge, Denny T Stg.II, S&B air filter.

These are both simple to install things. I was nervous about doing the spring a couple weeks ago but it turned out to be a cake walk just make sure you index the throttle properly. And the gauge is simple to I got the 3 in 1 and the boost and fuel pressure are easy and I'm installing the egt today I'm sure it is just as simple. Where about are you in Utah. If your around the Ogden I'll help you out if you need it.
