its 16g tubing from what ive heard

the turbo manifolds i made for 4 cylinder in the past have been schd 10 (.109" wall). the one i make for my truck will be schd 40 (.145" wall).

16g is .0625, i wouldn't hang my 40lb turbo on that for a picture without some serious bracing to the block.

This shows the turbo supports to help take the weight off the tubes.

should help flow alot better because you don't have 3 cylinders trying to go down one tube. kind of like the equal length headers you can get for a gas motor, helps flow alot better and nothing is pushing back on anything.

thats not going to do much, we usually use some 3/8 or 1/2" bar stock and bolt it to the block

Well this is how they are built and have had no issues at all, one truck has an HX55 hanging off it and has been on there for 6 months with no issues at all, you build them how you want and they will do it there way, to each is his own, as long as none come back because of cracking ill be happy and im sure they wont.

These are something that was just put together a week ago, they have been testing them on trucks in FL for about 8 months, and now they are out for sale. Like i have stated im going to put one on my own truck and run the numbers and see how they work!!!!

Twins should be ok the flange can be moved any where to accomodate twins, this one in particular is set in the stock location.

Water line coming out of head has to be moved back one hole.

Well im not going to turn this into i have to prove everything i put up here its not the place for it, if you dont think it will work or is crap, just build your own like you are gonna and run it, im not forceing you to buy one, dont turn this in to a pissin contest please. Im Going by what the builder is telling me, this is why im putting one on my truck to try it out, and i wont sell anything that is going to be detramental to our business. Just wait till i get my thoughts and numbers out on it and then judge it all you want, im not a fabricator such as your self and we will leave it at that!
