Now that's a load SRT. What's the weight on that thing? How does it pull?

I don't have any pics of anything I've hauled.

well i dont have pics but i have an 01 2500 single wheel with 6spd 35" tires, and 3;55 gears, and a 06 Gator 25' gooseneck tandem axle single wheel 5800lbs empty. The stories:

-1969 Massey Ferguson 1130 tractor with cab and full weights and tires loaded 120hp tractor around 18,000 roughly from Illinois to Ohio. blowed 2 tires on trailer, but pulled fine, just didnt want to stop in hurry, lol

-1978 Mack R686st semi tractor comlete running truck got on interstate set cruise at 60mph and observed the funny looks i got. I got on the Cat scale and had 30,000 total, the mack weighed around 17,000 something.

- 2 John deere 1010 crawler dozers at the same time one running dozer with blade and other parts dozer with no attachments weight around 8,000 each give or take i think thats what the manual says anyway.

The truck pulls fine, lil slow at times but what can i expect for the tire and gear set up. It is an all stock truck with stock clutch except for exhaust and intake.

It now has southbend clutch in it cuz stock started to slip but mainly cuz throw-out bearing went bad.

Trailer done fine just needs to be dual wheel

and towing this stuff is really hard brakes no surprize huh lol

Sorry bout long post

Well Ryan I guess you know from reading this forum that you have some "issues" lol. Your biggest one is your brakes. If you don't fix anything else you need to upgrade your brakes before they fail you at the worst moment.

I hope you realize that you've vastly exceeded the GVWR of that trailer? Being a single wheel trailer, your gvwr is probly only 14,000lbs. And the empty weight is 5800lbs. That only leaves you a little under 9000lbs that you should be hauling. Total weight on the deck. I'm not preachin', just wanting to make sure you're safe! If you're putting 16000+ lbs on the deck at one time, you're in for a world of hurt when something gives from being stressed.

Be safe man! Sell that thing and get a heavier trailer.
