I agree with everyone that 22.5s are probably not the best option for you. They would do nothing but put more strain on just about every component of the truck.

Why not just get higher profile 19.5s? 265/70 tires would be ideal for lowering RPMs.

The other item is to enclose the underside body inwards to the frame rails with coroplast or similar easy-to-work material for experimentation.
These mods may help when trying to hypermile an empty truck, where most hp is spent fighting aerodynamic drag.

But in a hot shot hauling setup, where you're fighting the rolling friction, gravity, and aero drag of 36,000 lbs, I doubt a front air dam would make any significant difference.
