M55

does anyone really run the toyo M55? also does anyone know who makes ProComp tires? 4wheel parts has a sale right now but I don't think the prices are that great.

Some of our work trucks run them.....I'm not so sure about how good they are for mud and snow but they are tough.

I have 2 toyo M55's on my truck right now... they seem to do all right and they definitely last a loooong time.

I had 285-75-16 M-55's on my '99 and aside from some drone at 50-60 mph they were great. You can stud them for winter. They're a neat size in that they are 33.3" tall. Next to zero lead to balance them.

M55s are killer in everythng but thick nasty mud. I've had 2 sets,my brother has had 2 sets as well.

The only downside to the M55s is the lame selection of sizes they come in.

If they had virtually anything other than the stock size in 17",I'd have them on my truck right now.
