well I have a 2wd so I am going to run the 20x12's in the back then the 18x8's in the front. and I will probably narrow my rear axle to be able to fit the big wheels and tires out back

those 325's will fit on there, it'll be a little bit of a stretch, but it'll definitely seat on there

They will fit fine. Guys put 305/50-20 and 33x12.5-20s on 12" wide wheels. Just make sure your wheel shop has a CHEETAH air cannon.

what's a cheetah air cannon? and I already have 20x10's now and the stick out a good inch or 2 bast the fenders. so I'm going to get 18x8s up front then I'm shortening my axle in the back and and getting 20x12s. kinda going for a a street drag truck look.

It basically a hand held air tank you fill up with air and it has a pipe that you point in between the rim and tire and as one guy is starting to fill the tire with air you blast air into the tire helping stretch the tire and seating the bead on wide wheels. If my small city shop has one then yours should.
