I will add that my 04.5 quad cab also has 18 x 9" wheels with 5" BS. Tires are 325 60 18s. Truck has the Mopar Power Wagon flares & the tires are still out an inch past the flares. It already cost me a passenger side window a few months ago when I ran over a rock & shattered the glass.

When I burn off these tires I plan to go to 305 65 18s; those will tuck under nicely.

I have 35's on stock wheels on a Ram 2500 regular cab 4 X 4. They rub on the inside on hard turns, but not even close to the fenders. Anything smaller is a definite visual compromise.

I have an 06 4x4 quad cab. i put 315s on the stock dodge wheels to start with and didnt have any issues at all. the only single minor one i had ( which i never heard it ) was at full turn or lock the tire would rub the uppper control arm just bearly. other than than no issues at all. definatly didnt touch fenders or bumper.
