load range question
what is the difference b/n the "E" load range and the "XL" load range. I know these stand for the rated load capacity. but what is the difference in these particular two ratings on the terra grappler?

An E rated tire is a 10 ply equivalent. Typically found on 2500 and 3500 trucks. An XL (extra load) rated tire is a slightly heavier rated P-metric tire. Something you'd find on a 1500,where the guy wanted something more than the typical passenger rated tire (P-metric) but didn't want a full blown LT tire like a load range C.
