Road Noise

Recently got a 04 with 33/12.50 r17's on them... not in to bad a shape, they still have pretty good tread on them.. I hear a warble like you would if they were out of balance. Got them balanced and still have the noise. What else could it be?

Might have broken belts?? Is the tread word evenly across?

looks like it is... a little more wear in the middle, when i got them pressure was at like 42 when dodoge reccomends 60 and the tire said max was 50... I am now running 60
