New wheels

I finally decided on some rims last week.
I went with the eagle 197's (black&chrome) 18x9 and they come in today and they were the wrong bolt pattern what a b**ch huh. I called the guy and he's supposed to have me another set by friday and hope to have them on by the weekend.

Hew new guy here looking at getting some new rims for my Dodge. Are those Eagle 197's black and CHROME or black and MACHINED/POLISHED? I have been looking for some black and chrome but have only been finding black and polished. Thanks for your time.
