Ya im pushing toward 18s but the problem is dad will own this for another year or two and he won't but a leveling kit on so he will be running 285s. I don't want to spend 3000 on tires and wheels i am thinking more of the tops of 160 or so a wheel. I will find tires local.

spending 3000 for wheels and tires is an all too familiar problem

but, i havent looked back since and its well worth it!

lol i just can't spend that i know your the same age as me but thats just to much for wheels and tires for me. I need to get the truck bought before that comes and performance comes before them too. I have a fund for an airdog and adrenaline that i want to by in the near future but like i said it isn't even my truck yet.

very true but hrers one important thing to take into consideration, the tires are the only part of your vehicle that makes contact with the ground, so no matter what your pushing under the hood, if your rolling stock isnt up to par then its all for nothing

Look at the new Dick Cepek Torque wheels. They should be very close to your price desired.

You would want part number 1068482 for your truck in 16x8 with the 8 on 6.50" bolt pattern. They have a 4.5" back spacing and 0mm Offset. Max load per wheel is 3640 lbs.

Its a brand new wheel out this month and no one else around has them. I have 80 of that part number in Pittsburgh ready to ship!

The DC Torque with it’s incredible flat black finish, machined accents, and tough satin clear coat really stands out from the crowd. Designed for newer trucks and SUV’s that require higher offsets, additional brake caliper clearance, and the ability to use the factory Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS). This wheel is the perfect choice for the truck owner that wants to combine style with usability on or off-road.
Flat Back with Tough Satin Clear Coat
Machined Outer Lip for Rugged Look
Maximum Caliper Clearance
High Offset for Late Model Trucks & SUV’s
TPMS Sensor Friendly
16”-22” Diameters
Center Cap Included

if i were you i wouldnt go with anything less than a 35
my truck is a 2wd without a leveling kist and i have had 33x12.50's on it before with no rubbing, and right now i have 285 75 bfg all terrains wich is pretty much a 33 in tire. I just think 33's would look too small on a 4x4 with a leveling kit
