235/80/17 Question

Can I put 235/80/17 tires on my stock wheels? The truck came with 265/70/17 I think...I have the aluminum wheels. The truck is an early 07 4x4. Is the wheel size stamped somewhere on my wheels? Thanks in advance for any answers. BTW this is a SRW pickup.

The 235/80/17s will fit fine. The reccommended rim width is 6-7.5"

The factory rims are 7"

The 235s are 1/10" taller than the stock 265s. 31.7" vs. 31.6"

Probably up your mileage as well.
