Same issue with mine until I went to a big rig shop and they pulled them off and the tires that came with the package were so far out of round that they could not shave them. I bought a set of Toyo Superradials at his suggestion. They sent over 10 tires and we mounted 8 before we got 6 that would balance and true out. Its a pain on the arse but it will be worth it. I occasionally will get a slight vibration over 80mph but definitely liveable.

Good deal, I'm going to see if I can find some new tires today. I love the 22.5s or it wouldn't be worth the hassle!

Not because I am running them, but most of the guys that are running the 22.5s agree that the Sumitomo tires will give one of the best balances. All I did was take my wheels and tires the the truck shop, balanced them, and then bolted them straight on the truck. No truing, no nothing. Only wheel weights. Even my aluminum wheels only have weights on one side. Believe me, they are the best riding and best balanced aftermarket wheel and tire setup I have ever had. Also for the record, I'm running 60psi in the fronts and 40 psi in the rears.

I am really beginning to wonder if I have an adapter issue. I went to the shop AGAIN this afternoon and had them do a bunch of different stuff. First, we rebalanced everything. When the problem was still evident, I had them remove the inner duals. Vibration still there. Then we did the same with the outers--same issues. It "felt" to me that it was coming out of the right rear. Then I had them swap adapters from one side to the other. It then "felt" like the vibration was coming out of the left side. I'm gonna try to get them to send another pair of adapters for the rears.

VT grad listen buddy call this guy . he can def tell u what your problem is. he is the most educated guy ive talked to about mounting and balancing the 22.5's . if u call him u will know what i mean. the prob might not be your tires . i know that when he mounted and balanced my buddys truck he then trued them on the truck and my buddys rides like a caddy from 10 to 110mph if my buddy pulls a rim off he has to mount it back in the same position he took it off cause thats how it was trued and balanced . also the way those tires bead is on the rim is dif from normal tires . whoever mounted those the first time should have run the pressure up to atleast 120psi to make that tire seat proper on the rim. with those tires from my exp once they seat and drive down the road if they are off just a bit no matter what u do they will always fall back to that "off" seat that they went to the first time .hope this helps give him a shout kenny 863-422-5548

You are exactly right. This is the proper way to seat these commercial tires.
