i would do a leveling kit for 35s. you will prob rub on stock height. pluys a leveling kit is inexpensive and gives it a much better look with 35s

Yes it will fit, and just fine.

The only rubbing youll have is on the control arms at FULL lock in either direction...
That cant be avoided, unless you go with wheels that stick out a hair more.
A leveling kit wont do anything for rubbing, it will look good though with the truck leveled out.

thanks guys, will the leveling kit change any of the angles on the ball joints ect? My last truck was a gm with the torsion bars twisted up and 2" blocks in the back to level it and i was forever putting front end parts into it?? Any view would be appreciated.

Nope, only thing to consider later is an adjustable track bar to center the axle back up under the truck.(Might need drop blocks or longer endlinks for the sway bar too)

Try to stick to a 2" leveling spacer/kit, any higher and you might have DW issues later on(plus the axle will be even further to one side)
Not saying you WILL, but theres more of a chance not having the proper geometry anymore.

Really the only thing youll notice is the axle being pushed back to the rear a tad, losing a little clearance on the rear of the fender opening, but it shouldn't effect you that much.(not with 35s anyway)
