Does anyone know who makes the big rear single rim for the dually?

Did you look on chromewheel.com? They make all kinds of stuff like that, but they mostly use adaptors. If you are talking about direct bolt on, I would just put on any 17-18x9 or 10 3/4 ton wheel with bigger tires.
