1995 2500 can this be switched to duals??
I have a 95 2500 4x4 turbo desil i beieve 8800 pound gvw axle setup not the 7800 my stahl body on the back is rusted completly apart If i could put dual wheels in the back easily I would like to switch to a 6 whl dump body I use the truck mostly for junk yard runs and towing the ocasional bobcat my record is 4700 lbs in the bed but she isnt happy. when loaded like that With the dual whls it would be safer to drive loaded Thanks guys for the help.. I love the site |

I would think so. Prolly more to it than just a dual conversion kit. I'm not sure, so lets bump it to the top.

front spacers,rear spacers,tires and wheels bedside bumps with fender stiffiners, current to side markers, if equipped, current to tailgate third light,newer models,and im sure something else......its easy if mech. inclined and have parts truck. ohh ya the overloads that come on 3500 duelly.

Since u are only using this thing for a junk yard hauler, u shouldn't need to swap in the spacers for the front to run bud wheels unless u want it to look stock like a dually.
