Will this combo work. I'm confused!?

I've been reading a lot in the tire and whell section and I can't make out somethings.
I'm getting a 2.75" suspension and 1.5" in the rear. Of course I now want new wheels and tires.
its took me awhile but I finally found these:

I want to put 35's on them but I am told they are only available with 5" backspacing. Will this combo work? Will I have rubbing or steering issues? The person putting my suspension together say 5.5" or 6" is manditory. My wheel dealer says 5" should be fine. I can't find any excating evidence on the forum.

Please help me out!
