Powder coating

would it be a good deal to powercoat my DC_1 wheels black for 260.00 total all four....good or bad idea? anyother sugesstions if bad idea?

I had some alum american racing wheels powder coated black. If you do it be sure to tighten the lug nuts a few times because the lugnuts will losen the powder coat behind them and work thereselves lose. Other then that im happy with mine. I paid $60 a wheel. You may have to scrap it out where the air stem goes and wheel studs.

I say leave em chrome..unless you just really want them powdercoated. But I would say they look good as is :thumbsup. Use the money for some other truck mods .

I say do what ever floats your boat, and the price seems fair. Shop around and you may beat that price, but if you go with someone you trust, when you go back to get something else done you will probable get some type of repeat discount. I know I did, I used a company here in GA and they did me right on the second and third time I returned.
