Does not apepar you can ordered painted?

What is a raesonable cost to have someone paint them? I was told they need special primer to get the paint to adhere so it may cost more then you would expect.

It appears online cost for just flares will run me about $450 shipped?

Got mine installded and painted from a guy for $600 estimated, flares aroud $400 and paint job $200
