Will 2.5" flares cover

I realy realy want the XD series 766 (diesel) in 20 x 10 w/ -24mm offset, but the cops around here are major pricks. So my question is will the Bushwacker pocket style 2.5" flare cover 35-12.50's mounted on these wheels. If not I'm sure to get pulled over and harrassed, so if anyone can answer this it would be great. Thanks

I'm in a small town called Middletown in PA and the cops have no real crime to fight so they pick on people w/ custom vehicles

we have a mud flap law here that 35" or bigger tires on trucks need mud flaps, but SUV's are exempt. its weird. No cops care, but Highway Patrol is all over it. lol you should be fine with the bushwackers though. here's a shot on my ford with them.

Dunesrunner - where did you get your mud flaps? I also live in the Phoenix area and was coming back from a race on the west side when the highway patrol decided that I needed flaps since I have 35" tires.
