H2 wheels

well, yesterday i picked up a set of h2 wheels and tires for four and a half, im not too into chrome so i snagged the painted ones the tires arent great but theyll work till pulling season... I milled the centers out at home with a hand router just have to to the centercaps so they fit but im gonna roll like this till i get bored on a rainy day again...

What size are those tires? Ive been wanting to get some extra wheels with better snow/offroad tires. Theres a local guy with some of these wheels with 315/70/17 BFG AT's for $700, and tires are new. These wheels are a direct bolt on, right? Thanks! They looks nice!

no there not direct bolt on you need to mill the center of the wheel to fit our hubs but yes there 315/70's thanks

To what extent did you have to mill them out? Not sure I want to do a ton of work to the wheels. I might go for a set of stock wheels someone takes off to go big. A little more detail would be cool. Thanks man!

I just don't understand why guys are running those on these trucks. They look hidious IMO. For a little more money you could find a set of used custom wheels and tires. I'd rather be stock than run those things.

They kinda look like the stock wheels off a 2nd gen dodge dakotas.

The reason why people run them is because is allows you to fit a 35/12.50 tire with only a 2" leveling kit or in some cases, no lift at all. The are usually pretty cheap too. Not everyone can afford a nice set of custom wheels. And not everyone likes 20" chrome wheels. So if you cant say something nice......
