Offset question

Ok here is the deal. My friend has a set of 35" tires for 22" rims. Great deal if i buy them. So i'm looking for rims for these tires. I am going to do a 2" leveling kit. I am completely lost on the right offset. I know if i get the wrong offset it would look funky and rub. On the other hand i dont want the wheels sticking out to much. a little is good but not much. Any advice? Pics?
Thanks!
