Moderately aggressive tire good for towing?

I just put my 2.5" leveling kit in front and 2" blocks in the back. I am looking at getting bigger more aggressive tires. I love the look of the Toyo M/T's but read a lot about floating. I do heavy towing and can't be floating down the road at 60 mph with 10K lbs wandering behind me. Can anyone recommend a moderately aggressive tire that does not float, especially when towing. I am only looking to go with a 285 75? Any input would be great... thanks.

I've ran toyo mt's 35x12.50x20 load range E while towing 15k 40' rv's and really didnt notice any floating. I am now running a Nitto Trail Grappler 35x12.50x17 Load range E and I havent really noticed any floating. Almost everyday i have a trailer hooked up to my truck and I am very impressed with my Nitto's!! Double thumbs up to this tire. They have been on my truck for almost 10k miles and I rotate and have them rebalanced monthly and keep my psi at 60 and I am anal about this. I truely believe that getting good life out of a tire is the preventive maintence.

I pull about the same weight as you and just recently purchased a set of Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx 285/70R17E. I could not be happier with them, and after dragging my trailer around for the last few days I had no issues at all. I know that's not much time, but they're worth looking at.

03outlaw.. how many miles did you get out of the Toyo MT's? I looked up the trail grapplers, they look to be along the same price as the toyo's. I wonder what the tread life is on these? any idea?

To be honest jrosp23 I cant tell ya, probably about 20k considering I bought my truck with them on it. but I wore them all the way down to drag radials. either the toyo MT or the Nitto trail grappler imo are good tires. And I havent really ever heard a negative about the toyo mt's. I see alot of diesel trucks with the Toyos. So Toyo must be doing something right.

Well i ended up getting Pro Comp Xtreme A/t's 305/65 r17. They are like a 33x12 tire with pretty aggressive tread. they have a 40K milage warranty (haha.. like they ever back that up) and they have a $75.00 rebate this month. They do not rub at all, and look nice. I would post a picture, but i am not sure how to do that. Anyone know how to post the picture in the post?
