How to Balance 19.5

As the title states, I'm picking up some used 19.5 and need to mount a set of HDR 225/70/19.5. I have read mixed methods with mixed results on how these tire/wheel packages are normally balanced. Some are running no method of balancing. Others are using balance bags, weights, beads, etc.

In summary, which method is generally most successful?

Thanks in advance for the help.

If you were using 19.5 I would use balance beads. I use to work at a tire shop and we put them in all 19.5 and bigger... I went ahead and used them in my 16's and they work great. Espically if you have aftermarket rims.
