08 2500 4x4 what offset???

have an 08 just bought the leveling kit
and am gonna run 35/12.50/20
just not sure what offset and if i need 10" or 8.5" wide wheels will work with out rubbing

You might get 35's on there with the 8.5 " with out rubbing but not with the 10". I know on a 9" wide rim you need at least 5.5" or more of backspacing to run 35's and not rub with a leveling kit.
