They do extremely well in the mud. I run them on my company truck and have been in some pretty scary situations on pipeline right-of-ways and they have always come through.

In the September 07 issue of four wheeler magazine they did a tire test, with the cooper discoverer stt being one of the tires, here is the article on their websiteCooper STT - Four Wheeler Magazine There is no mention of wet weather performance but from my personal experience they do exceptionally well. Even while raining and in a turn generous throttle input is needed to just break the rear end loose. yes i like to drift my truck in the rain!!!

I have an 01 2500 with a leveling kit and 35s. What should I be concerned about if I want to get a suspension lift and 37s?

I've been doing a lot of research and the STT's are my next tire for sure. I've called a lot of places in my area and the cheapest I've found for 35x12.5x17 is 262 installed per tire. Ya'll think thats a good deal or should I keep looking? One place asked me if I was sitting down before he told me the price.

im running 285/75R16s on my truck (33x12.50) Love em so far, but seeing a bit of wear on the rear tires after only 3k miles. Fronts are running approx 17/32nds where as backs are getting down to around 14/32nds. Havent done really any dry pavement skids or spins, but quite a bit of snow/ice/wet spins when trying to get traction off a stop. Will rotate within the next month.

I got a bunch of prices for some coopers near where I live (Reading pa) and he wanted 225 installed for the SST
191 for the ATR. He told me that 285/70/17 only comes in 8ply but can carry 3200 lbs
