17X10 Wheel & 2" lift will be OK if you only run 33" tires. Otherwise you will rub on the fenders.

I run 17x9 rims with 4.5 backspacing & 34" tall x 11.5" wide tires and have no rubbing. This is with 1 1/2" lift in the front.:thumbsup

The wide tire on the wide wheel will only work if you stay with a 32" or 33" tire.

I have a BDS steel spacer 2" level kit. I just put 305/65/18 tires on 18x8.5 wheels with 5.22 of backspacing. The tires come within 1/2" of fender at full lock. I have not had any rubbing yet, but the wheels/tires have only been on for a few days. If you push the wheel out an extra 3/4" due to your 4.5" backspacing and add the extra 1.5" for your 10" wide rim, you will be asking for problems with either set up. For sure the 35's will rub!

So i'd be fine with a 17/8.5/4.5 backspacing with a 305/60/17?

The 305/60/17 only measures 31.4". You don't need to go that small with the proper rim. Howling1 is right on with the wheel backspacing and wheel size.

315x70x17 is roughly 34.4x12.4.x17 according to the conversion chart. You need 5.5 - 5.75 for a no rub fit not 4.5
