Tall skinny E rated 17" tires????

Well I think I know the answer as I've searched and can't find any. I'd like something about 35" x 11.50 in an aggressive all terrain or mild mud terrain.
A 285/80/17 would be perfect....

I can't believe these don't exist. I see them on Australian trucks. Can you import tires or is it a big no no if they are not US DOT rated?

What is the closes't tire available in the US to what I'm looking for?

I've got an 07 2500 CTD quad, longbed with D rated BFG AT 285/70/17s. I'm a contractor and haul a lot of weight so I'd like the E rated 10 ply tires.

Thanks in advance.

The only tires that come close are the Toyo Open Country AT's in size LT 285/75 17E. I believe that makes it about a 34" tire. On the USA Toyo website they are listed under "specialty' tires. We've got a poor selection of "tall, skinny" tires for 17" wheels.

Are you keeping your 6" lift? Either way, i am looking forward to seeing your pictures.
