Buy yourself a Dually Axle for the rear... It is a Dana 80 Shortened. Also You will need the dually spacers for the front. You could prolly get away with putting Mega Cab dually flares on the rear also.

I was talking about using the front wheels at all four corners initially or using the fronts on the front and just the outer rear wheels on the rear, no rear wheels on the front. I looked at American Force's website and the 22.5 wheels would work on this pickup with no lift required since it's 4x4. That I might do. I have mud flaps so if they are too thin you won't really see them. I could get the big rig tires which is what I want for the high mileage benefits and pick the pickup up a few inches without a lift kit.

I then called and talked to American Force and confused the heck of of the poor guy. All he said was "Good try."

If I just start with the adapters I can then go to truck shops and see what they have to sell I guess.

Just find a bed from a dually, throw it on your truck, sell your bed, and, if its a wrecked truck, snag the axle too. The 3rd gens don't have Dana axles, they use AAM, and the dually would have an 11.5" rear. Get your new bed painted, get your alcoa's and enjoy. Sell your srw bed, and rear axle to regain some funds. Or, use the new dually fender flares, would be cheaper, and thats all you would have to do is get the falres painted, much cheaper.

Alcoa fronts all around

A couple of years ago one of the TDR writers had an outfit called "Earth Roamer"; he had experimented with dually adapters bolted to 10 lug adapters. He did this on his 2500 on all 4 wheels. He said he did this to accomodate the 19.5" tires. He stated it worked, but it was a lot of rotating mass.

You are going to have to use front wheel adaptors on the rear too. The actual rear wheel adaptors are machined and have longer studs for dual wheels only.

There has to be better options here.
