Dodge and Ford bolt patterns

Is the dodge and ford bolt pattern the same? I have a friend with an F250 trying to sell me his wheels. I have a 3500 07' 4X4 megacab. Can somebody help me out?

Thanks
JD

Only the 97 and older Fords share the same bolt pattern

Any 8 lug Superduty 99 and up WILL NOT FIT DODGES!

And keep in mind you need at least 17" wheels.
