Need to adjust speedo to new tires and wheels

Ok. Just got a set of 20's and some 275-65-20. I tried adjusting my speedo and monitor to what I thought equaled outto 34" tires. Its still not reading right. Is it not 34"???

I have 37" tires on my truck and I had to adjust the speedo for 36" tires before the speedo and gps said the same thing.

Some downloaders let u adjust tire size. But like bullydogs pos it can't be trusted. So my best bet to get it right is take it to dealer and let them do it?
