just got some 8r19.5 bus takeoffs- goodyear g159 (not all terrain) on steelies

33"+ tall, just over 8" wide- could be siped for better snow traction

althernative - 9.5" wide 245/70- such as toyos...

I am running 245/70-19.5 Michelin XDS 2s on Mine and could not be more pleased with the snow traction. They are 33" tall and about 9" wide. They handle great and drag anything I tie to the back of the truck without problem either dry or A foot of snow.
