Need options for 2nd gen

One of my 255/85 16's went and the only thing I can find even made in this size is a BF mud tire so I need some other options.

I was told to look into 265/75 or 285/75, which should be about 1.5" and .5" shorter respectively. I'd like to keep as much of my height as possible, but the 285's look pretty big. Small tires look pretty goofy though.

Found some Peerless buy 3 get the 4th that seem to be a pretty good price. I haven't heard much about them though so I'm kind of leery.

The Yoko's seem to be pretty popular, but the place that I found with a set want's 660. Tire rack has them for 120, but by the time you add that much for shipping...

Should I be concerned with an D range tire? I don't really haul or pull much of anything. This blowout sure put a ding in the fender though.
