Backspacing!! Will bigger tires fit!!
Hey, How do you measure backspacing with the wheel/tires still mounted up??? I'm wanting to run some 35x12.50, but not sure if they will fit without rubbing!!! I have, a what I believe to be a 2.5" leveling kit, and Pacer wheels. All installed by a previous owner! It has 285/75R16 on there not, but I want bigger!!!!! ![]() Here are some pictures to help: ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks, Winslow

It would be pretty tough if not impossible considering the size of your rims. You need to measure the distance between the rim mounting surface to the outside of the rim. You are better off finding out how big your current tires are, and coming the size of the new ones and see how much room you have. I would say you would clear them just fine.

I'm no expert but from the look, it seems you have 16x8 rims and probably a 4.50in backspacing or -12mm offset whatever way you look at it. I would go to the brands website and look them up. They normally dont have to many options for Dodge and backspacing. I have the same setup, 16x8 rims, 2 in leveling kit and I run 35x12.50r16 if that helps. Where things start to rub is if you have 16x10 rims.

Hey, Thanks!! ![]() Pacer list one with +12 offset, 4.97 backspacing; and one with -6 offset, 4.25. And for 16x10 is list -32 offset, 4.25 backspacing. I need to try and measure to see if they are 16x8 or 16x10. Thanks, Winslow
