want to get new wheels ? on offsets

i have an 06 i am looking at the dc-1 black wheels with 35 inch tires i also have a 4inch lift and the wheels back space is 4.53 and the offset is -12mm i would like to know if they will rub thanks

Will probably be OK unless you get into some aggressive off camber situations. I had 4" lift with similar offsets and 35's for a while and never rubbed but didn't like how close the tire would come to the rear of the front fender and switched to 6" front springs which also leveled the truck better anyway.

how would the mt-classic 2s fit in 17x9 and backspace of 5" would these leave me with more room thanks

You should be ok with both combos, but the 2nd combo is a safer bet. Remember the stock wheels are 17x8 with about 6.31" of backspacing.
