tire size mpg + or -

anyone switch from 285 75 16 - 305 70 16 -315 75 16 move up or down in size what ever just wondering if noticed mileage difference and how much between any of these sizes thanks!

i went with 295-75r16 the last time i got tires. they are slightly wider and taller then the 285s. they rub the control arms at full lock, but not that bad. i am in need of new tires, and haqving trouble deciding. the larger trires will cost you mileage, but that may be minor.

i dont see ANY advantages of the 305-70 over the 295-75.

ETA: only advantage i see is availbility of E rated tire, but if you really need the E over D, then go with the shorter 285 tire.... IMHO
