22.5 wheel adapters 10 lug

I have bought my wheels/tires and now i am searching for adapters. I have looked at american force and several others. They all seem to be made the same. I would like to know if the stock lugs hold the adapters on or do you use some that are provided with the adapters? also does the only wheel that rides on the centric the inside rear dual?
Reason i am asking is from the pictures i have seen the adapter does not seem to have enough lip on the centric for both wheels or am i just seeing the front adapters?

The American Force adaptors are some of the best. Used them on several trucks with no problems. The adaptors are bolted on using your stock lug nuts and they will come with lug nuts for your 22.5s. All the wheels will be centric on the adaptors. Both rear wheels will be centric on the rear adaptors. The pictures you are seeing are probably of the front adaptors. The rear adaptors will have more of a lip for the centric than the fronts.
